Caramel Cards (Croft’s Cocoa) from 1909 (E92)

The E92 Caramel Cards Croft’s Cocoa were produced in 1909 and contain multiple back advertisers. These are a bit confusing as each back has a different amount of cards in each set. The fronts of the cards are consistent throughout each of the 4 subsets; however, the reverse will show a full advertisement for each company. Backs show the Croft’s Bottle al0ng with the address of their building in Philadelphia. These cards are sized at 1-1/2 x 2-3/4 with a small variation for mis-cuts.

Rare Back Version:

The E92 Caramel Cards Croft’s Cocoa series is one of the 4 subsets and has a total of 50 cards. Interesting, there are 2 different backs for the cocoa cards. There is the regular black and white back, however, there is a red backed version that is rarer.
