One of Four Subsets of E92
The 1911 Close Candy Baseball Cards Set is one of the 4 subsets of the E92 Series. Widely regarded as the most difficult of the 4 sets; it has always been a fun one for collectors. The cards are measure d at 1-1/2 x 2-3/4 with variations for miscuts. This set has 30 players.
Back Variations
This set is unique as there are multiple different “stamped” backs. These advertisers where stamped in place since the back of the cards had no indication who printed them. Additionally, the fronts of the cards come in multiple colors with the same pose. To this day, there are new discoveries of player/pose/colors.
