The E90-3 American Caramel Cards were produced in 1910 by the American Caramel Company in Philadelphia, PA. The cards are sized at 1 1/2 x 2 3/4 and are a color lithograph with backgrounds of either pink, blue, green or red. The cards show the players name, position, and team at the bottom in the white border. This is the third series of E90s. This 1910 series includes 20 cards with 11 Chicago Cubs who lost in the World Series and 9 with the Chicago White Sox. The reverse has a distinct difference from the previous 2 issues: 1) The bottom says “Chicago” rather than “Philadelphia”, and 2) The tops says “All The Star Players” instead of “100 subjects”. These cards were originally issued with sticks of caramel candy. Contact us if you would like more information on this series.
